About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as either Solo OTR or Team Drivers. Our mission is to provide a balanced lifestyle that combines strong earning potential with predictable home time. Whether you are looking to run 28 days out and get 5 days home, or partner with a family member or friend, we offer the consistency and support you need on the road.
For Solo Drivers, we offer a consistent, planned schedule with 100% no-touch freight. Top performers in our OTR fleet earn over $1,500 weekly. For those interested in Team Driving, we offer a competitive split starting pay and a Team Match program to help you find the right partner if you don't have one yet. We also support sponsorship programs for bringing family or friends onto the team.
Our Equipment and Support
We invest in our drivers by providing newer equipment, averaging just 18 months old. Our network includes convenient home-base terminals and 24/7 driver support to ensure you are never stranded. We also offer paid orientation to get you started smoothly.

Hiring Process
Interested candidates must meet specific qualification standards, including holding a valid Class A CDL, being at least 21 years old, and having at least 3 months of verifiable experience. Applicants must pass a DOT physical and drug test. We review driving records to ensure no more than one preventable accident in the last two years and no major preventable accidents in the last five years. Candidates with a history of DUI/DWI or drug-related convictions within specific timeframes may not be eligible. SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
