About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as Solo or Team OTR drivers. This role offers a balance of strong mileage and predictable home time, designed for drivers who value consistency and reliability. Solo drivers can expect an average of 2,000+ miles per week with a 28-day on, 5-day off schedule, while team drivers can average 5,000 miles per week with flexible partnership options.

Application & Hiring Process
To apply, candidates must possess a valid Class A License (CDL-A), be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. The hiring process includes a DOT physical, drug test, and a review of your driving record. Specific eligibility criteria regarding accidents, moving violations, and DUI/DWI history must be met. Bonus payouts are subject to qualification verification with a recruiter.
