Class A CDL Company Driver - OTR - Dry Van

About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as either Solo OTR or Team Drivers. Our mission is to provide a balanced lifestyle that combines strong earning potential with predictable home time. Whether you are looking to run 28 days out and get 5 days home, or bring a family member or friend along as a teammate, we offer the consistency and support you need.

Solo drivers can expect an average of 2,000+ miles per week on 100% no-touch freight with a consistent, planned schedule. For those interested in team driving, we offer a Team Match program to help you find the right partner if you don't have one, or we can assist with sponsorship programs to bring a new member into your team. Our equipment is newer, averaging 18 months old, and we maintain convenient home-base terminals to support your journey.

Qualifications

To join our team, you must hold a valid Class A License (CDL A) and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. We maintain high safety standards, requiring no more than one CMV on-road preventable accident in the last two years, no major CMV preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Additionally, there must be no DUI/DWI within the past five years (or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL). Candidates must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test, with no drug-related convictions in the past five years (or 10 years if holding a CDL) and no positive or refused tests in the past 10 years with a CDL-A/CLP. Please note that SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
