About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL A drivers to join our Over-The-Road (OTR) team. This position offers the opportunity to run across 48 states, excluding the Northeast (with Pennsylvania as the cutoff). Drivers can expect to average between 2,400 and 2,700 miles per week, with those who run harder reaching close to 3,000 miles weekly.

You will be operating in a modern fleet of 2020–2025 Freightliner Cascadia trucks equipped with inverters, 27" TVs, refrigerators, microwave spots, leather seats, and CB radios. The role is designed for drivers who value comfort and reliability on the road.

Home Time & Expectations

As a full-time driver, you will typically be out for a minimum of 2–3 weeks at a time, with one day off per week while on the road. To qualify for full-time status and earn Paid Time Off (PTO), drivers must maintain a minimum of 8,000 miles per month.

Application & Requirements

To apply for this position, candidates must possess a valid CDL A license and have at least 12 months of driving experience. We offer competitive pay tiers based on tenure, ranging from $0.53 to $0.57 CPM plus a $0.30 safety and performance bonus paid monthly. Additional benefits include healthcare, HSA, 401k, and PTO.

We welcome drivers who wish to bring their pets along; a $300 refundable deposit is required, which can be paid in full or split into six monthly payments of $50.
