About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as either Solo OTR or Team Drivers. Our mission is to provide a balanced lifestyle that combines strong earning potential with predictable home time. Whether you are looking to run 2,000+ miles a week solo or partner with a teammate to average 5,000 miles, we offer a consistent schedule and 100% no-touch freight to ensure your focus remains on the road.
For solo drivers, we offer a run structure of 28 days out with 5 days home, designed to give experienced drivers the mileage they need and the real time off they deserve. Top performers in our OTR fleet earn over $1,500 weekly. If you are interested in team driving but do not have a partner, our Team Match program can help you find the right fit, or you can bring a family member or friend along. We also offer a sponsorship program to assist with bringing a new teammate on board.
Our Equipment and Support
We invest in our drivers by providing newer equipment, with our fleet averaging just 18 months old. To support your journey, we maintain convenient home-base terminals and offer 24/7 driver support. New hires benefit from paid orientation, ensuring you are set up for success from day one.

Qualifications and Hiring
To join our team, you must hold a valid Class A CDL and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of three months of verifiable experience. We maintain high safety standards, requiring no more than one preventable CMV accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Candidates must have no DUI/DWI within the past five years (or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL) and must pass a DOT physical and drug test. Drivers with a history of drug-related convictions or positive/refused tests in the past 10 years are not eligible, and SAP drivers cannot be hired.
