About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL A drivers for our Over-The-Road (OTR) position. You will be responsible for hauling freight across all 48 states, with Pennsylvania serving as our northern cutoff. While the Northeast is excluded, you will have the opportunity to explore the breadth of the country while driving our modern fleet.

The Day-to-Day

As a driver with Redbone, you can expect to average between 2,400 and 2,700 miles per week, with top performers reaching close to 3,000 miles. To qualify as a full-time driver and earn Paid Time Off (PTO), you must maintain a minimum of 8,000 miles per month. Typically, you will be out on the road for 2-3 weeks at a time, enjoying one day off per week while on the road.

Our Fleet

We equip our drivers with the tools needed for comfort and efficiency. You will be driving 2020-2025 Freightliner Cascadia trucks equipped with inverters, 27-inch TVs, refrigerators, microwave spots, leather seats, and CB radios.

Hiring Process

To join our team, you must possess a valid CDL A license and have at least 12 months of driving experience. We offer competitive pay tiers based on tenure, ranging from .53 CPM for drivers with 1-2 years of experience up to .57 CPM for those with 3+ years, plus a monthly safety and performance bonus.
