We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as either Solo OTR or Team Drivers. Our mission is to provide a balanced lifestyle that combines strong earning potential with predictable home time. Whether you are looking to run 28 days out and get 5 days home, or partner with a family member or friend, we offer a consistent schedule and 100% no-touch freight to ensure a smooth driving experience.
For Solo Drivers, the role offers an average of 2,000+ miles per week with top performers in the top 20% earning over $1,500 weekly. Team Drivers can expect an average of 5,000 miles per week with a starting split pay of $0.72 - $0.80 CPM. If you do not currently have a team partner, our Team Match program can help you find the right fit, or you may bring a family member or friend on board with the help of our sponsorship program.

Hiring Process
Interested candidates must hold a valid Class A License (CDL A) and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. The hiring process includes a DOT physical and drug test. Candidates must meet specific safety standards, including no more than one preventable accident in the last two years and no major preventable accidents in the last five years. Additionally, there are strict guidelines regarding moving violations and DUI/DWI offenses within the past 5 to 10 years. SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
