We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as either Solo OTR or Team Drivers. Our mission is to provide a balanced lifestyle that combines strong earning potential with predictable home time. Whether you are looking to run 28 days out and get 5 days home, or bring a family member or friend along as a teammate, we offer the consistency and support you need on the road.
Solo OTR Drivers
As a Solo OTR Driver, you will enjoy a consistent, planned schedule with 100% no-touch freight. Experienced drivers in our top 20% earn over $1,500 weekly, with an average of 2,000+ miles per week. We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus and performance bonuses to reward your dedication. Our equipment is newer, averaging 18 months old, ensuring reliability for your daily runs.
Team Drivers
For those looking to drive with a partner, we offer a competitive split starting pay of $0.72 - $0.80 CPM with an average of 5,000 miles per week and a $5,000 sign-on bonus (split). If you do not have a team partner, our Team Match program can help you find the right fit, or you can bring a family member or friend along. We also offer a sponsorship program to assist with bringing new teammates on board.

Drivers benefit from 24/7 support and convenient home-base terminals. Our compensation structure is designed to reward experience and location, with rates ranging from 52 to 56 CPM based on your qualifications and route.
Qualifications
To join our team, you must hold a valid Class A CDL and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. We maintain high safety standards, requiring no more than one preventable CMV accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Additionally, there must be no DUI/DWI offenses within the past 5 years (or 10 years if holding a CDL at the time), and no drug-related convictions or positive/refused drug tests within the specified timeframes. Candidates must pass a DOT physical and drug test; SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
