About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL A drivers for our Over-The-Road (OTR) position. You will be responsible for hauling freight across 48 states, with the Northeast excluded (Pennsylvania serving as our cutoff point). This role offers the opportunity to run between 2,400 and 2,700 miles per week on average, with dedicated drivers often reaching close to 3,000 miles.

You will be driving a modern fleet of 2020–2025 Freightliner Cascadia trucks, equipped with inverters, 27" TVs, refrigerators, microwave spots, leather seats, and CB radios. Our home time policy is designed to support work-life balance: drivers are typically out for a minimum of 2–3 weeks at a time, with one day off per week while on the road. To qualify as a full-time driver and earn PTO, you must average a minimum of 8,000 miles per month.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer competitive pay tiers based on tenure, ranging from $0.53 to $0.57 CPM, plus a $0.30 safety and performance bonus paid monthly. Full-time drivers are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, healthcare, HSA, and a 401k. We also welcome drivers with pets, offering a refundable deposit structure of $300 (payable upfront or in six $50 installments).
