We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as either Solo OTR or Team Drivers. Our mission is to provide a balanced lifestyle that combines strong earning potential with predictable home time. Whether you are looking to run 28 days out and get 5 days home, or partner with a family member or friend, we offer a consistent schedule and 100% no-touch freight to ensure a smooth driving experience.

For Solo Drivers, the role offers an average of 2,000+ miles per week with top performers in the top 20% earning over $1,500 weekly. We support your journey with newer equipment averaging 18 months old and convenient home-base terminals. If you are interested in Team Driving but do not have a partner, our Team Match program can help you find the right teammate, or you can bring a family member or friend along with the help of our sponsorship program.

Hiring Process

Interested candidates must hold a valid Class A CDL and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. The hiring process includes a DOT physical and drug test. Please note that SAP drivers are not eligible for hire, and specific driving record requirements apply regarding accidents, moving violations, and DUI/DWI offenses.
