About the Role
Roehl is urgently hiring CDL-A Truck Drivers for Over-The-Road (OTR) runs. This role offers the freedom and mileage necessary to grow professionally while providing top-tier pay, flexible home time, and reliable support. The position is designed for those ready to drive their career forward with purpose.
A key differentiator is Roehl's Dynamic Pay Plan, which rewards drivers for their time rather than just the miles driven. This structure, combined with quarterly bonuses, ensures that earnings reflect the full scope of the driver's commitment. Drivers can expect to earn an average of $1,400 per week, with top performers earning over $1,800. Compensation includes address-to-address practical mileage pay, ensuring drivers are paid for more of the miles they actually drive.
The day-to-day experience involves operating new, modern equipment across various trailer types, including Dry Van, Refrigerated, Curtainside, and Flatbed opportunities (availability varies by location). Roehl prioritizes minimizing downtime, measuring it in minutes rather than days, and provides 24/7 maintenance support. Drivers stay connected even when away from the truck via a dedicated smartphone app.
Work-Life Balance & Culture
Roehl offers flexible home time options, typically allowing drivers to be out for 11–14 days and home for 3 days. Drivers who choose to stay out longer have the opportunity to earn up to a week of home time. The company supports a personal life on the road with a passenger policy to bring a friend and a pet policy to bring a companion.
