The Role
We are seeking experienced CDL A drivers for our Over-The-Road (OTR) positions. You will be responsible for hauling freight across 48 states, with the Northeast excluded (Pennsylvania serving as our cutoff point). This role offers a genuine opportunity to drive modern equipment while building a career with a company that values its drivers.
Your Day-to-Day
As a Redbone driver, you will operate a fleet of 2020–2025 Freightliner Cascadia trucks equipped with modern amenities including inverters, 27" TVs, refrigerators, and leather seats. The average driver covers 2,400 to 2,700 miles per week, with those who run harder averaging close to 3,000 miles. While you will typically be out for a minimum of 2–3 weeks at a time, you are guaranteed one day off per week while on the road. To qualify as a full-time driver and earn PTO, you must average a minimum of 8,000 miles per month.
