Class A CDL Company Driver - OTR - Dry Van

About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as Solo or Team OTR drivers. This role offers a balance of strong mileage and predictable home time, designed for drivers who value consistency and reliability. Solo drivers can expect an average of 2,000+ miles per week on a 28-day out, 5-day home schedule, while team drivers can average 5,000 miles per week with a competitive split pay.

Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, candidates must hold a valid Class A CDL and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. Drivers must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. We maintain high safety standards, requiring no more than one preventable CMV accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Additionally, there are strict guidelines regarding DUI/DWI offenses and drug-related convictions within the past 5 to 10 years, depending on CDL status. SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.

Compensation

Solo drivers earn between 52 and 56 CPM based on experience and location, with the top 20% of drivers earning over $1,500 weekly. Team drivers start with a split pay of $0.72 - $0.80 CPM. We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus for solo drivers and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for team drivers (split between partners). Performance bonuses are also available.
