About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL A drivers for our Over-The-Road (OTR) positions. You will be responsible for hauling freight across 48 states, with the Northeast excluded (Pennsylvania serving as our cutoff point). This role offers the opportunity to drive a modern fleet of 2020-2025 Freightliner Cascadias, equipped with amenities such as leather seats, refrigerators, microwaves, and 27-inch TVs.

Drivers typically average between 2,400 and 2,700 miles per week, with those who run harder reaching close to 3,000 miles. To qualify as a full-time driver and earn Paid Time Off, you must maintain a minimum of 8,000 miles per month. The typical schedule involves being out on the road for a minimum of 2-3 weeks at a time, with one day off per week while on the road.

Compensation & Benefits

Our pay structure is tiered based on tenure, offering competitive CPM rates plus a $0.30 safety and performance bonus paid monthly:

• 1-2 years of experience: $0.53 CPM
• 2-3 years of experience: $0.55 CPM
• 3+ years of experience: $0.57 CPM

In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, healthcare, an HSA, and a 401k plan. We also welcome drivers with pets, requiring a $300 refundable deposit that can be paid upfront or split into six monthly payments.

Requirements

To join our team, you must possess a valid CDL A license and have at least 12 months of driving experience.
