About the Role
As an OTR CDL-A Refrigerated Driver in our private fleet, you will be part of a family-owned team that values professional management and driver quality of life. This role offers a weekly guarantee of $1,400, with opportunities to easily out-earn this amount through practical miles and various incentives. You will operate 2023 and newer Freightliners and Kenworth trucks equipped with modern amenities including APU, inverters, fridges, and SiriusXM.
Hiring Process
We fly you to orientation and provide paid orientation time. To join our team, you must meet specific safety and experience standards, including holding a CDL-A for at least 12 months, being at least 21 years of age, and having no major MVR or CSA violations within the last 3 years. Candidates must also have no DUI/DWI convictions in the past 5 years and pass a FMCSA DOT pre-employment drug screen.
