About the Role
This position is designed specifically for CDL-A recent graduates ready to launch their Over-The-Road (OTR) careers. You will be responsible for hauling consistent, late-model van and reefer trailers, with 98% of the freight being no-touch. The role offers a clear path to independence: after completing paid training, you will be assigned your own truck and begin running OTR miles (2,000–2,500 weekly) with a schedule that typically keeps you home 2–3 days every 2–3 weeks.
Training and What to Expect
We provide a comprehensive onboarding experience to ensure you are ready for the road. The process includes 3 days of orientation, 5 days of classroom and terminal training, and 4 weeks of in-cab paid training with an experienced driver. A fast-track option is available for those who demonstrate proficiency, potentially reducing in-cab training to 2 weeks. Upon successful completion, you will receive your own truck and head out on the road.
