About the Role

You will embark on an Over-The-Road (OTR) career, gaining valuable experience while driving late-model van and reefer trailers. What to Expect
Your journey begins with a comprehensive onboarding process designed to set you up for success. This includes three days of orientation followed by five days of classroom and terminal training. You will then enter a paid in-cab training period lasting four weeks, paired with an experienced driver to refine your skills. A fast-track option is available for those who demonstrate readiness, potentially reducing the in-cab training to two weeks. Upon successful completion of training, you will be assigned your own truck and ready to head home.
