About the Role
This position is designed specifically for CDL-A recent graduates ready to launch their Over-The-Road (OTR) careers. You will be driving late-model van and reefer trailers, handling 98% no-touch freight to focus purely on the road. The role offers consistent weekly miles (2,000–2,500) and a schedule that typically keeps you home 2–3 days every 2–3 weeks.
Your journey begins with a comprehensive paid training program. You will spend three days in orientation, followed by five days of classroom and terminal training. Then, you will embark on a four-week in-cab paid training period with an experienced driver, with a fast-track option available based on your evaluation. Upon successful completion, you will be assigned your own truck and ready to head out on your own.
