We are seeking dedicated CDL-A drivers to join our team on a home-weekly schedule. This position offers 100% touch freight with opportunities for unload, stop, and backhaul pay, ensuring a consistent and engaging workflow. Drivers operate newer equipment, with an average fleet age of 18 months, and are supported by convenient home-base terminals.
Drivers can expect an average weekly pay of $1,900+, with top earners averaging $2,200 per week. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates. Trip pay is calculated based on dispatched miles, ranging from $0.70 to $0.80 cpm depending on the route and experience level.
