About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated CDL-A truck driver to join our team on a home-weekly schedule. This position offers 100% touch freight with opportunities for unload, stop, and backhaul pay, ensuring a consistent and engaging workflow. Drivers can expect to average over $1,900 per week, with top earners reaching $2,200 weekly based on dispatched miles ranging from $0.70 to $0.80 cpm.

Equipment and Support

Our fleet features newer equipment averaging 18 months old, providing reliability and comfort on the road. We maintain convenient home-base terminals to facilitate your weekly return. To support your journey, we offer 24/7 driver support and a paid orientation program upon completion and hiring.

Application and Hiring Process

Interested candidates must possess a valid Class A License (CDL A), be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. The hiring process includes a DOT physical and drug test; candidates must have no drug-related convictions within the past 5 years (or 10 years if holding a CDL) and no positive or refused tests in the past 10 years. SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.

Safety is a priority, and applicants must have no more than one CMV on-road preventable accident in the last two years, no major CMV preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Additionally, there must be no DUI/DWI within the past 5 years, or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL.

Compensation and Culture

A $2,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified drivers, subject to specific qualifications; please contact a recruiter for details.
