Hiring Process
Candidates must complete a paid orientation program upon completion and hiring. The selection process includes verification of a valid Class A CDL, a DOT physical, and a drug test. Applicants must meet specific safety and driving record standards, including limits on preventable accidents, moving violations, and DUI/DWI history within the past 5 to 10 years. Drivers with SAP (Substance Abuse Professional) status are not eligible for hire.

Requirements

- verified21 years or older
- verifiedNo more than 1 CMV on-road preventable accident in the last 2 years
- verifiedNo major CMV preventable accidents in the last 5 years
- verifiedNo more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
- verifiedNo DUI/DWI within the past 5 years (or 10 years if holding CDL)
- verifiedPass a DOT physical and drug test
- verifiedNo drug related conviction within the past 5 years (or 10 years if holding CDL)
- verifiedNo positive/refused tests in the past 10 years with CDL-A/CLP
- verifiedSAP drivers are not eligible for hire
