About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated CDL-A truck driver to join our team on a route that prioritizes home time. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive 100% touch freight, ensuring you are involved in every aspect of the delivery process from loading to unloading. Drivers can expect to be home weekly, providing a stable balance between professional duties and personal life.
The role is designed for drivers who value newer equipment and comprehensive support. You will be operating trucks that average 18 months in age, ensuring reliability and safety on the road. Beyond the driving itself, the position includes a robust support system with 24/7 driver assistance and convenient home-base terminals to streamline your operations.
Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a competitive average weekly pay of $1,450, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates. Compensation is further enhanced by offers for unload, stop, and backhaul pay, along with trip pay calculated based on dispatched miles.

Hiring Process
Interested candidates must possess a valid Class A License (CDL A), be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of 3 months of driving experience. The hiring process requires a DOT physical and drug test. Candidates must meet specific safety standards, including no more than one preventable accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Additionally, there must be no DUI/DWI offenses within the past five years (or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL), and no drug-related convictions or positive/refused tests in the past 10 years. SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
