About the Role

Join our dedicated truck driving team to deliver freight with a focus on reliability and consistency. This position offers a home-weekly schedule, allowing you to maintain a steady routine while earning competitive compensation. You will operate newer equipment (averaging 18 months old) and handle 100% touch freight, ensuring a hands-on driving experience with opportunities for unload, stop, and backhaul pay.

Compensation & Support

Drivers can expect an average weekly pay of $1,900+, with top earners averaging $2,200. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates. We provide comprehensive support through 24/7 driver assistance, paid orientation upon hiring, and convenient home-base terminals. Additionally, we offer tuition reimbursement and a stock purchase plan to support your long-term growth.

Hiring Process
