About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated CDL-A truck driver to join our team on a route that offers home weekly. This position focuses on 100% touch freight, providing opportunities for unload, stop, and backhaul pay. Drivers operate newer equipment, with an average fleet age of 18 months, ensuring a reliable and comfortable driving experience.
Compensation & Benefits
Drivers in this role average $1,450 per week, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates. Compensation includes trip pay calculated at $0.63 per cpm based on dispatched miles, route, and experience.

Hiring Process
To apply, candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of 3 months of driving experience. The hiring process includes a paid orientation upon completion and hiring. All applicants must pass a DOT physical and drug test.
Safety Requirements:
- No more than one CMV on-road preventable accident in the last 2 years.
- No major CMV preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
- No more than two moving violations in the last 2 years.
- No DUI/DWI within the past 5 years (or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL).
- No drug-related convictions within the past 5 years (or 10 years if holding a CDL).
- No positive or refused drug tests in the past 10 years with a CDL-A/CLP.
- SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
