Dedicated Company Truck Driver Opportunities

We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our dedicated fleet. This role offers the stability of a company truck with the opportunity for consistent home time and competitive earnings. Drivers can earn up to $70,000 or more annually, with potential bonuses available depending on performance and location.

About the Role

As a dedicated driver, you will operate on specific routes tailored to your area, providing a predictable schedule compared to over-the-road positions. The role includes paid orientation upon completion and hiring, with the possibility of sign-on bonuses varying by location. Additional compensation features may include stop pay and unloading pay on select dedicated accounts.

Qualifications and Safety Standards

Candidates must hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. All applicants must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test.

Our safety standards require a clean driving record. Applicants must have no more than one CMV on-road preventable accident in the last two years and no major CMV preventable accidents in the last five years. Moving violations are limited to no more than two in the last two years. Additionally, there must be no DUI/DWI within the past five years (or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL). Drivers with drug-related convictions within the past five years (or 10 years if holding a CDL) or any positive/refused drug tests in the past 10 years with a CDL-A/CLP are not eligible. SAP drivers are also not eligible for hire.
