Drivers will operate newer equipment, with an average fleet age of 18 months, ensuring a reliable and comfortable ride. The role features 100% touch freight, providing drivers with the opportunity to earn additional compensation through unload, stop, and backhaul pay.
Drivers can expect an average weekly earnings of $1,450, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates. Trip pay is calculated based on dispatched miles at a rate of $0.63 per mile, adjusted for route and experience. Comprehensive support is provided 24/7, and the company offers paid orientation upon completion and hiring.
Qualified candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of three months of driving experience. Applicants must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. Specific driving record requirements include no more than one preventable accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Additionally, there must be no DUI/DWI offenses within the past five years (or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL).
