Class A CDL Company Driver - Dedicated - Dry Van

About the Role

This position offers a dedicated driving opportunity with a focus on consistent home time and reliable freight. Drivers will operate newer equipment, averaging 18 months in age, and benefit from convenient home-base terminals. The role is designed for drivers seeking stability, offering a weekly average of $1,450 and a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Day in the Life

You will manage 100% touch freight, handling loading and unloading tasks directly. The schedule includes home weekly, allowing for a balanced lifestyle. Compensation is structured to reward efficiency and route complexity, with trip pay calculated at $0.63 per dispatched mile depending on the specific route and driver experience. Additional earnings opportunities include unload pay, stop pay, and backhaul pay.

Hiring Process

The onboarding process begins with a paid orientation. Upon successful completion and hiring, drivers become eligible for the sign-on bonus and full benefits package. Candidates must meet all DOT requirements, including passing a physical and drug test, and must have a valid Class A CDL with at least three months of experience.
