About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as Solo or Team OTR drivers. Our mission is to provide a balanced lifestyle that combines strong earning potential with predictable home time. Whether you are looking to run 28 days out and get 5 days home, or partner with a family member or friend, we offer a consistent, planned schedule with 100% no-touch freight.
Solo drivers can expect to average over 2,000 miles per week with top performers earning $1,500+ weekly. For those interested in team driving, we offer a Team Match program to help you find the right partner if you don't have one, or we can assist with sponsorship programs for bringing on a family member or friend. Our equipment is newer, averaging 18 months old, and we maintain convenient home-base terminals to support your journey.

Our benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance with prescription benefits for employees and dependents, along with a 401(k) match and stock purchase plan. We also offer accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness coverage, as well as pet insurance and an Employee Assistance Program.
Drivers receive paid vacation after one year, paid orientation, and 24/7 driver support. We are committed to your growth with tuition reimbursement and offer a competitive compensation structure based on experience and location, ranging from 52 to 56 CPM. Sign-on bonuses are available, with $2,000 for solo drivers and up to $5,000 for teams (split).
Hiring Process
Interested candidates must hold a valid Class A CDL and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. The hiring process includes a DOT physical and drug test. Please note that SAP drivers are not eligible for hire, and specific driving record requirements apply regarding accidents, moving violations, and DUI/DWI offenses within the past 5 to 10 years.
