About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as either Solo OTR or Team Drivers. Our mission is to provide a balanced lifestyle that combines strong earning potential with predictable home time. Whether you are looking to run 28 days out and get 5 days home, or partner with a family member or friend, we offer the consistency and support you need on the road.
Solo OTR Drivers
Solo drivers enjoy a consistent, planned schedule with 100% no-touch freight. The average solo driver covers 2,000+ miles per week, with the top 20% of our drivers earning over $1,500 weekly. We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus and performance bonuses to reward your dedication.
Team Drivers
For those looking to maximize earnings, our Team Drivers average 5,000 miles per week with starting pay splits ranging from $0.72 to $0.80 CPM. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus (split between partners). If you do not have a team partner, our Team Match program can help you find the right fit, or you can bring a family member or friend on board. We also offer a sponsorship program to assist with bringing new teammates into the fleet.
Our Equipment & Support
We invest in our drivers by providing newer equipment, averaging just 18 months old. Drivers benefit from convenient home-base terminals and 24/7 driver support. We also offer paid orientation to ensure you are ready for the road.
Benefits & Perks
We provide comprehensive support for you and your family, including health, dental, and vision insurance with prescription benefits for employees and dependents. Additional perks include a 401(k) match, stock purchase plan, and pet insurance. We offer paid vacation after one year, along with basic and supplemental life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment coverage, and short-term and long-term disability insurance. Application & Qualifications
To join our team, you must hold a valid Class A License (CDL A) and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. We require a clean driving record, specifically no more than one CMV on-road preventable accident in the last two years, no major CMV preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Additionally, there must be no DUI/DWI within the past five years (or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL). Candidates must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test, with no drug-related convictions in the past five years (or 10 years if holding a CDL) and no positive or refused tests in the past 10 years. Please note that SAP drivers are not eligible for hire. Bonus payouts are subject to qualifications; please contact a recruiter for specific details.
