About the Role

We are hiring Casual CDL A Drivers in El Paso, TX, for consistent regional runs. This role is designed for drivers who value predictability and respect. You will enjoy a schedule that allows you to be home every three days, leaving on the same day every week. Our dedicated regional runs feature consistent freight and a high volume of drop-and-hook operations (65%+), ensuring you spend more time on the road and less time waiting.

We operate with a "no forced dispatch" policy, giving you control over your route and schedule. You will drive a well-maintained fleet of brand-new equipment, with new trucks arriving in May 2026. The work environment is supported by an operations team committed to your success.

Hiring Process

Getting started is simple. We offer an easy, one-day paid orientation to welcome you to the team. Once hired, you can expect guaranteed pay increases every 12 months and access to a Mileage Incentive Program where you control your CPM.
