About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as either Solo OTR or Team Drivers. Our mission is to provide a balanced lifestyle that combines strong earning potential with predictable home time. Whether you are looking to run 28 days out and get 5 days home, or partner with a family member or friend, we offer a consistent schedule and 100% no-touch freight to ensure a smooth driving experience.
Solo OTR Drivers
Solo drivers can expect an average of 2,000+ miles per week with a competitive pay rate of 52–56 CPM based on experience. Our top 20% of drivers earn over $1,500 weekly. We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus, paid vacation, and performance bonuses. The schedule is designed for experienced drivers who value the balance of strong miles and real time off.
Team Drivers
For those looking to drive with a partner, we offer a starting split pay of $0.72–$0.80 CPM with an average of 5,000 miles per week and a $5,000 sign-on bonus (split). If you do not have a team partner, our Team Match program can help you find the right fit, or you can bring a family member or friend on board. We also offer a sponsorship program to assist with bringing new teammates into the fleet.
Our Equipment & Support
We pride ourselves on providing newer equipment, averaging 18 months old, and maintaining convenient home-base terminals. Drivers receive 24/7 support and paid orientation. We also offer tuition reimbursement and pet insurance as part of our commitment to driver well-being.
Benefits & Perks
Drivers and their dependents are eligible for comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance with prescription benefits. Additional perks include a 401(k) match, basic and supplemental life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment coverage, short-term and long-term disability insurance, accident insurance, and hospital indemnity and critical illness coverage. We also offer health care and flexible spending accounts, a stock purchase plan, an employee assistance program, and paid vacation after one year.
Hiring Process & Qualifications
To apply, candidates must hold a valid Class A License (CDL A) and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. Applicants must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. We maintain strict safety standards: no more than one CMV on-road preventable accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, no more than two moving violations in the last two years, and no DUI/DWI within the past five years (or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL). Drivers with drug-related convictions within the past 5 years (or 10 years with a CDL) or positive/refused tests in the past 10 years are not eligible. SAP drivers are also not eligible for hire.
