About the Opportunity
Dollar Tree is seeking a dedicated CDL-A driver to support its logistics operations out of Cowpens, SC. This role is designed for drivers who value a consistent home weekly schedule and an active, hands-on driving experience. The position involves delivering approximately three loads per week, covering an estimated 1,100 miles across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.
The Role in Action
As a dedicated driver, you will operate top-of-the-line sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions, pulling 53' dry trailers. Your route will take you through South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, West Virginia, and Ohio. The work includes hand-unloading trailers using rollers at customer locations. When backhauling to the Distribution Center, you will typically handle no-touch live loads.
Drivers are provided with the flexibility to take their trucks home for parking, provided it is safe and secure. For those living near Cowpens, the account offers a dedicated parking location for the equipment. This full-time position offers a competitive compensation structure based on mileage and stop pay, along with a 34-hour weekly reset to ensure work-life balance.
