About the Role
We are currently hiring CDL-A drivers for both Over-the-Road (OTR) and Regional positions. OTR drivers will enjoy runs that keep them out for 2-3 weeks while covering solid miles. Regional drivers have the opportunity to be home weekly with a minimum 34-hour reset.
Our drivers benefit from a 98% no-touch freight rate, assigned tractors, and the option to take home a vehicle within specific criteria. We offer flexible home time options and welcome drivers who wish to bring a pet or a rider along for the journey. Paid training is available for those looking to learn and earn simultaneously, and we offer referral bonuses to reward you for bringing a friend to the team.
Hiring Process
We make the transition to Bison easy with a fully paid orientation. This includes paid stay while at orientation and paid travel arrangements to get you to the starting point. Once hired, you can access comprehensive benefits including 401K, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans after 30 days.
