Solo OTR Drivers

Solo drivers can expect an average of 2,000+ miles per week with a pay rate of 52–56 CPM based on experience. Top performers in the top 20% of our OTR drivers earn over $1,500 weekly. We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus and performance bonuses to reward dedication. Our equipment is newer, averaging 18 months old, and we provide convenient home-base terminals to support your journey.

Team Drivers

For those looking to drive with a partner, we offer a competitive split starting pay of $0.72–$0.80 CPM with an average of 5,000 miles per week. If you do not have a team partner, our Team Match program can help you find the right fit, or you can bring a family member or friend on board. We also offer a sponsorship program to assist with bringing new teammates into the fold.

Qualifications & Hiring

To join our team, you must hold a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and have at least three months of verifiable experience. We maintain high safety standards, requiring no more than one preventable accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Candidates must pass a DOT physical and drug test, with no drug-related convictions in the past five years (or ten years if holding a CDL) and no positive or refused tests in the past ten years.
