Solo OTR Drivers

Solo drivers enjoy a consistent, planned schedule with 100% no-touch freight. The average solo driver covers 2,000+ miles per week, with the top 20% of our drivers earning over $1,500 weekly. We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus and paid vacation to reward your dedication.

Team Drivers

For those looking to maximize mileage and earnings, our Team Drivers average 5,000 miles per week with starting pay splits of $0.72 - $0.80 CPM. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus (split between partners). If you do not have a team partner, our Team Match program can help you find the right fit, or you can bring a family member or friend on board. We also offer a sponsorship program to assist with bringing new teammates into the industry.

Specific driving record requirements include no more than one preventable accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Drivers with a DUI/DWI within the past 5 years (or 10 years if holding a CDL) or SAP drivers are not eligible.
