About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as either Solo OTR or Team Drivers. Our mission is to provide a balanced lifestyle that combines strong earning potential with predictable home time. Whether you are looking to run 28 days out and get 5 days home, or partner with a family member or friend, we offer the consistency and support you need on the road.
Solo OTR Drivers
Solo drivers enjoy a consistent, planned schedule with 100% no-touch freight. The average solo driver covers 2,000+ miles per week, with the top 20% of our drivers earning over $1,500 weekly. We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus and paid vacation to ensure you can count on your time off.
Team Drivers
For those looking to maximize their earnings, our Team Drivers split an average of 5,000 miles per week with starting pay between $0.72 and $0.80 CPM. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus (split between partners). If you do not have a team partner, our Team Match program can help you find the right fit, or you can bring a family member or friend on board. We also offer a sponsorship program to assist with bringing new teammates into the fleet.

We pride ourselves on providing newer equipment, averaging just 18 months old. Drivers benefit from convenient home-base terminals and 24/7 driver support. We also offer paid orientation to ensure a smooth start to your journey with us.

Application & Qualifications
To join our team, you must hold a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and have at least 3 months of verifiable experience. We require a clean driving record, specifically no more than one preventable accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Candidates must pass a DOT physical and drug test, with no drug-related convictions or positive tests in the past 5 to 10 years depending on CDL status. SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
