About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as either Solo OTR or Team Drivers. Our mission is to provide a balanced lifestyle that combines strong earning potential with predictable home time. Whether you are looking to run 28 days out and get 5 days home, or partner with a family member or friend, we offer a consistent schedule and 100% no-touch freight to ensure a smooth driving experience.
For Solo Drivers, the role offers an average of 2,000+ miles per week with top performers in the top 20% earning over $1,500 weekly. For those interested in Team Driving, we offer a competitive split starting pay of $0.72 - $0.80 CPM with an average of 5,000 miles per week. If you do not have a team partner, our Team Match program can help you find the right fit, or you can bring on a family member or friend with the support of our sponsorship program.

Application Process
To apply, candidates must possess a valid Class A License (CDL A), be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. Applicants must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. Please note that SAP drivers are not eligible for hire. Bonus payouts are subject to specific qualifications; please contact a recruiter for detailed information on sign-on bonuses and performance incentives.
