As a Claims Representative, Auto, you will be a vital part of our team supporting people around the world facing the unexpected. In this role, you will analyze and process low to mid-level auto and transportation claims, ensuring files are properly documented and correctly coded based on policy. You will assess damage, manage payments, and develop action plans to meet state-required contract deadlines, moving files toward prompt and appropriate resolution.
Your day will involve performing coverage, liability, and damage analysis, identifying subrogation opportunities, and securing or disposing of salvage. You will communicate claim actions with insureds, clients, and agents or brokers, maintaining professional client relations while supporting the organization's quality programs. This position requires clear conceptual thinking, excellent judgment, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
