LaBella is a leading engineering and design firm seeking a Project Manager to join our Land Development Group. Operating out of our Rochester, Syracuse, or Buffalo offices, our team is dedicated to delivering comprehensive civil engineering solutions that shape communities and infrastructure. We foster a culture where diversity, equity, and inclusion are respected, valued, and celebrated through thoughtful strategies that support our employees and the communities we serve.
As a Project Manager in Civil Engineering, you will independently lead Land Development projects from conceptual design through construction documents. This role is designed for a seasoned professional who thrives on managing complex workflows while mentoring the next generation of engineers. You will oversee the preparation of Civil Engineering Site Plans and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans, ensuring technical excellence at every stage.
Your day will involve a dynamic mix of client interaction, agency approvals, and cross-disciplinary coordination with Architects and MEP engineers. Beyond technical oversight, you will drive project success by managing budgets, preparing professional service proposals, and delegating effectively to junior staff. This position offers the opportunity to make high-level decisions by weighing multiple factors and collaborating efficiently across different locations and disciplines.
