About the Mission
Bowhead is supporting a critical infrastructure initiative at the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) in Patuxent River, Maryland. About the Role
As a Civil Engineer, you will serve as a key partner in the full lifecycle of facility projects, guiding them from initial concept through final construction. This role is designed for a professional who thrives in a federal environment, balancing technical rigor with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams. You will provide the strategic oversight necessary to navigate complex Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build delivery methods while mentoring junior engineers and ensuring all deliverables align with NAVFAC standards and federal codes.

Requirements
