Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDesign water and wastewater infrastructure systems including pipelines, treatment plants, storage tanks, and pump stations
- check_circlePrepare construction drawings, technical specifications, and engineering reports for municipal projects
- check_circlePerform hydraulic modeling and system analysis using software such as WaterCAD, Innovyze, or similar tools
- check_circleSupport permitting efforts and coordinate with regulatory agencies
- check_circleParticipate in construction administration activities including site visits and coordination with contractors
- check_circleConduct client meetings and presentations, providing technical insight and project updates
- check_circleCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- check_circleManage project tasks to meet scope, schedule, and quality goals
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Biosystems Engineering
- verifiedProfessional Engineer (PE) license
- verified5+ years of experience working with municipal water and wastewater clients
- verifiedExperience in planning, design, permitting, and construction administration of infrastructure projects
- verifiedWorking knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
- verifiedStrong understanding of hydraulic analysis and design principles
- verifiedIn-depth knowledge of utility construction methods, materials, and water/wastewater treatment technologies
- verifiedProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
