Santander is a global leader and innovator in the financial services industry, evolving from a high-impact brand into a technology-driven organization. Our people are at the heart of this journey, driving a customer-centric transformation that values bold thinking, innovation, and the courage to challenge what's possible. This is more than a strategic shift; it is a chance for driven professionals to grow, learn, and make a real difference.
As a Product Specialist in the CIB DCM (Debt Capital Markets) team, you will play a pivotal role in the origination, structuring, distribution, and syndication of traditional 4(a)(2) debt private placements and other credit products. You will serve major corporations and institutions, acting as both issuers and investors, while working to achieve your own new business development goals.
In this position, you will support the development of financial models, produce offering memoranda and engagement letters, and participate in transaction due diligence. You will analyze industries and market data to support senior team members from financial, operational, competitive, and industry perspectives. A key part of your day will involve creating pitch book presentations and leveraging your expertise to influence complex initiatives and manage logistics with internal stakeholders.
We value your impact and recognize that your contribution matters. You can expect a fair and competitive rewards package that reflects the value you deliver, going beyond just a paycheck to support you, your family, and your well-being. We embrace a strong risk culture, and all professionals are expected to take a proactive and responsible approach toward risk management.
