As a Child Psychologist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the mental well-being of young patients through a hybrid work model. This position offers the flexibility to deliver care both in-office and via telehealth, ensuring that families receive consistent support regardless of location. You will be responsible for crafting individualized treatment plans that are both ethical and effective, working closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, therapists, and primary care providers.
Your day will involve conducting comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations, engaging parents and caregivers through education and coordinated care planning, and responding to crises with appropriate safety protocols. We value a collaborative environment where you can contribute to quality improvement initiatives and case consultations, ensuring that every patient receives the highest standard of care.
