About the Role
As an Executive Center Director, you will serve as both an educational leader and a business operator. This role exists to ensure a premium experience across every touchpoint, from classroom quality and teacher development to family engagement and enrollment growth. You will set the standard for excellence, professionalism, and care while driving strong operational and financial performance. In this position, you will lead a top-tier team, uphold the highest standards in early childhood education, and ensure every family experiences the quality, care, and professionalism that define our brand.
Your Impact
You will be responsible for building a professional, respectful, and inclusive culture aligned with TLE values. Your day-to-day involves recruiting and retaining high-performing educators, delivering a luxury-level tour and enrollment experience for prospective families, and managing budgets to meet revenue targets. You will act as a trusted leader for staff and families, resolving concerns with discretion and care, while ensuring full compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations. The goal is to maintain immaculate classrooms, drive enrollment metrics, and preserve the premium experience families expect.
