We are seeking a passionate individual with daycare or preschool experience to join our team as a Preschool Center Director. In this role, you will lead by example, displaying a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children and employees. You will create an environment of trust, rapport, and inclusivity, easily connecting with diverse groups of people.
You will guide our teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum, leveraging your passion for learning. Take advantage of our engaging characters to drive the curriculum, creating a fun and enriching learning experience at TLE. You will also drive consistent business results, measured through family retention and conversion, enrollment growth, and efficient business operations.
Lead in immersive classrooms equipped with the latest technology, materials, and resources, creating an environment where children can learn, play, and grow. You will ensure that the physical center environment adheres to health and safety standard operating procedures, maintaining full compliance with local and state licensing regulations. Additionally, you will engage prospective families through both in-person and virtual center tours, effectively showcasing the benefits of our program, and organize community marketing events to raise awareness and drive enrollment.
