About the Role
This position serves as a strategic leader within the CIO's leadership team, responsible for developing and implementing an overall IT sourcing strategy within a multi-sourced environment. The role acts as an integral partner to IT and business leaders, driving the execution of programs that determine the most cost-effective and efficient means of acquiring and delivering IT products and services.
The incumbent will lead the IT Sourcing Office, making high-level strategic decisions regarding what functions should be in-sourced versus outsourced based on the broader IT and business strategic direction. A key focus is establishing the governance mechanisms necessary to continuously coordinate and integrate teams across vendor relationship management, contract administration, and IT project and asset management.

Requirements
