About the Role

As the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), you will lead nursing practice across our integrated health system in this highly visible executive role. Reporting to the President and COO, you will serve as a key member of the CEO's senior leadership team. Your mission is to advance clinical excellence, strengthen professional practice, and shape the future of nursing care delivery.

In this position, you will partner across the organization to elevate quality, safety, and patient outcomes while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and caregiver well-being. You will have the opportunity to drive Magnet-focused initiatives, support shared governance, and align nursing operations with organizational goals, financial performance, and industry trends.
