We are looking for a Chief Medical Officer for our TriStar Hendersonville Medical Center team, where excellence creates excellence.

About the Role

The Facility Chief Medical Officer (CMO) ensures high-quality, patient-centered care by leading clinical and quality initiatives that support consistent clinical performance and practice standards across the hospital. This role provides senior-level leadership to infection control, risk management, safety, and medical staff credentialing functions, ensuring the collaboration and coordination of all stakeholders.

You will facilitate the analysis of quality performance, prioritize improvement opportunities, and consult on a wide array of issues involving physicians. As a key strategic partner, you will contribute to overall hospital strategy and service line development to ensure quality management and promote an optimum patient experience. This position is incentive eligible.
