About the Team
We are seeking a motivated Production Chemist I to join our Toxicology Manufacturing team. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to two years of laboratory experience who are looking to build their careers in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Under the guidance of senior staff, the Production Chemist I will support manufacturing operations by preparing reagents and solutions, operating laboratory equipment, performing in-process testing, and maintaining compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality system requirements. The role is designed to foster professional growth while ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality in our production workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleManufacture products according to Batch Records and GMP requirements
- check_circlePerform analytical and in-process EIA testing
- check_circleConduct daily temperature monitoring and maintain accurate records
- check_circlePerform routine maintenance, calibration, and upkeep of laboratory equipment
- check_circleMaintain accurate laboratory notebooks, records, and electronic data entries
- check_circleParticipate in continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives
- check_circleAssist with investigations, document updates, deviations, and process improvements
- check_circlePrepare and formulate antibody, drug-positive, and enzyme-conjugate solutions
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree (BS or BA) in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related Life Sciences field
- verified0-2 years of laboratory experience
Nice to Have
Experience working in a GMP, pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or regulated laboratory environment. Knowledge of laboratory equipment operation and maintenance. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience with analytical testing and laboratory data analysis. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
