The Kitchen Club is a dynamic culinary environment dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences. We are actively seeking a creative, innovative, and motivated Sous Chef to join our dedicated Culinary team.
As a Sous Chef, you will serve as a vital partner to the Executive Chef, ensuring the seamless operation of our kitchen. Your day will involve overseeing all work stations, often stepping in to assist with daily prep and execution at each station. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, managing daily pars, and placing orders to ensure all necessary items are in stock.
Guest satisfaction is paramount; you will regularly make table visits to ensure our diners are delighted. You will enforce strict quality control over food preparation, execution, and plate presentation in close coordination with the Executive Chef. Additionally, you will play a key role in managing culinary staff, assisting with weekly scheduling, hiring, performance evaluations, and training to ensure a smooth and efficient department.
